Infra-red thermography

Infra-red thermography is the remote scanning of mechanical and electrical equipment to assess the thermal intensity that would reflect if a faulty condition exists.

Infra-red thermography provides a thermal 'footprint' for determining faults prior to failures, without stopping equipment, including circuit boards, hydraulic systems and heating and cooling systems. It monitors process load/thermal characteristics and time dependent faults using video storage, while providing accurate spot temperature measurement that can be achieved across an image from -40°C to 2,000°C
