The ABB TrafoSiteRepairTM solution for refurbishment, repair, remanufacturing or upgrade of transformers on-site, combines state-of-the-art technology with ABB’s extensive 20-year experience in this field. The solution offers greater speed by minimizing outage time of the transformer and reducing the unavailability of the power supply and loss of revenues.

The ABB TrafoSiteRepairTM solution also includes high voltage testing at site, TrafoSiteTestingTM. High voltage test at site according to the international standards is normally performed after a repair at site to verify the quality of the repair but is also often performed as a condition assessment of a transformer.
